Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To analyze the effect of service quality, service commitment and beneficiary satisfaction partially to the pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak Office of Gowa Regency. 2) Analyze the effect of service quality, service commitment and beneficiary satisfaction simultaneously to the pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak office of Gowa Regency. The research design used a quantitative descriptive method using a population of 70 personnel and the sample used was Slovin's method with a total sample of 58 personnel. Descriptive analysis using the frequency distribution of the respondent's profile and the frequency of respondents' responses. While the data analysis used multiple linear regression method using SPSS 22 equipment with multiple linear regression analysis method using hypothesis test with F test, determinant test and t test. The research results obtained after testing the hypothesis, namely 1) Service quality, service commitment and beneficiary satisfaction have a partially significant effect on the pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak office of gowa regency. 2) service quality, service commitment and beneficiary satisfaction have a significant effect simultaneously on the pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak office of gowa regency.
