PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMP NEGERI 1 WATAMPONE KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract

The aims of the research are: (1) to know and analysed the influence of human resources competence toward teachers performance of SMP Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone (2) to know and analysed pedagogic competence toward Teachers Competence of SMP Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone (3) to know and analysed and influence of human resources competence and pedagogic competence toward teachers performance of SMP Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone. This is a survey research. Population in the research is all the the teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone as the total is 64 people. This sample of the research are all of the population is 64 people. Technique of data analysis is multiple regression analysis. Findings of the research show that: (1) Human resources competence has significant influence toward teachers performance at SMP Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone (2) Pedagogic competence has significant influence toward teachers performance at SMP Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone. (3) Human Resources Competence and pedagogic competence have significant influence toward teachers performance at SMP Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone.
