PENGARUH KEDISPLINAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI UPT SMA NEGERI 20 KABUPATEN BONE
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) The effect of discipline on employee performance at UPT SMA 20 Bone Regency. 2) The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at UPT SMA 20 Bone Regency. 3) The simultaneous influence of discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance at UPT SMA 20 Bone Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a total population of 37 people, with a sampling technique using saturated samples, namely the entire population will be used as a sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using a partial T test, simultaneous F test and Determination Test (R2). The results obtained are (1) Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency, (2) Organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency, (3) ) Discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency. Discipline is the most dominant variable that every employee at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency must have.
