ANALISIS DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PROMOSI JABATAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KABUPATEN GOWA
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job promotion on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Gowa Regency.The method used in this research is survey research, this type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The data collection method was done by interview, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and promotions imultaneously have a positive and significant effecton employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Gowa Regency.
