ANALISIS PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR DINAS PERHUBUNGAN PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Transportation Office of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research was employes of South Sulawesi Province Transportation Office in the Bone II Pengupan Port Technical Implementation Unit, amounting to 80 people. Data were collected through observation, questionnaire interview and documentation. The results showed that training and motivation had a partially significant effect on employees’performance.
