ANALISIS KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR DINAS PERHUBUNGAN PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

The success of the implementation of local government is inseparable from the quality of the human resources of the government apparatus, this becomes important because a reliable and qualified apparatus will have the knowledge, skills and abilities in carrying out their work responsibilities, so that it will have an impact on improving the performance of the apparatus. This study aims to determine the quality of Apparatus Resources at the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Agency Office, particularly at the Takalar Feeding Port Technical Implementation Unit Office with quantitative methods. The results obtained in this study are efforts to improve the quality of human resources of the apparatus carried out by the Office of Transportation of the South Sulawesi Province, especially at the Takalar Feeding Port Technical Implementation Unit Office, which is done through education and training. As a result, the education and training provided has increased the ability, skills, and apparatus to carry out their job responsibilities.
