ANALISIS KOMPETENSI DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONEL POLRES GOWA
Abstract
The researched aimed to analysis the impact of competence and commitment toward performance by personnel of Polres Gowa, and analysis the dominant between competence and commitment toward performance by personnel of Polres Gowa. Methodology of research with research location applied on Polres Gowa, with population and sample as amount 278 respondents (Slovin formulation). Data analyzed which used in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of research to found the competence have positive and significant toward performance by personnel. The implication of result the competence such as knowledge, skill, experience and attitude from the personnel andapplied in main task and function, get effect toward increased the performance by personnel of Polres Gowa. The commitment have positive and significant toward performance by personnel. This get indication that the affective, normative and continue of commitment were totality by personnel which commit in task and give contribution toward increased the performance by personnel of Polres Gowa. Competence have dominant effect which positive and significant toward performance by personnel.
