ANALISIS KOMUNIKASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PARIWISATA DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN GOWA
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of communication and organizational commitment on employees performance in the Tourism and Culture Office of Gowa Regency. This research used explanatory research with survey data collection metods. The population in this research was all employes. The sampling technique in this research was probability sampling with saturated sample technique (all sample). Data were analyzes by using simple linear regression with SPSS 20. The result showed that: (1) communication partially affected employees performance by 43,2%; (2) commitment affected partially employees performance by 55,8%; and (3) communication and commitment affected employees performance by 74,8% and the rest were influenced by other variable not include in the modle.
