Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on employee work discipline at Makassar Haji Hospital. The population in this study were all Haji Makassar Hospital staff, amounting to 390 people. The sample in this study was 80 people. The sampling technique of respondents was done by simple random sampling technique which implies that each element of the population has an equal chance of being sampled. This research uses quantitative / descriptive methods. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. Data quality testing uses validity and reliability tests. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline variables (through the F test). And the partial test results (t test) showed that the variables of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline variables. so the hypothesis in this research can be accepted.
