Abstract

This study was used to determine the effect of leadership, training and work motivation on the performance of the state civil servants (ASN) at the Bappelitbangda office of South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all employees at the South Sulawesi Provincial Bappelitbangda office, namely 176 people. Because the sample in this study was more than 100 people, the Slovin formula was used to determine the number of samples so that 64 people were sampled in this study. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variable leadership, training and work motivation had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the performance of the state civil servants (ASN) at the Bappelitbangda office of South Sulawesi province.
