Abstract

The researched aimed to analysis the effect of motivation, communication, and organization commitment toward performance by employee on Bajeng District Office, and to analysis the dominant effect between of motivation, communication and organization commitment toward performance by employeen on Bajeng District Office. Methodology of research with research location applied on Bajeng District Office, with population and sample as amount 40 respondents (full sampling). Data analyzed which used in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of research to found the motivation have positive and significant effect toward performance by employee. These mean the motivation such as need for achievement, need for power and need for afiliation was support and spirit to employee increased the performance on Bajeng District Office. The communication have positive and significant effect toward performance by employee. The employee have applied main task and function which effective communication in vertical, horizontal and diagonal and that have effect toward increased the performance by employee on Bajeng District Office. The result of research to interpretation that the affective, normative and continue from commitment have maximal, and that get positive and significant effect toward performance by employee on Bajeng District Office. The communication as the dominant variable which effect in positive and significant toward performance by employee.
