ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN NASABAH MERCHANT EDC DAN AGEN 46 TERHADAP PENINGKATAN NASABAH TABUNGAN PADA PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK. KANTOR CABANG SENGKANG
The researched aimed to know and analysis the effect of merchant EDC customer management and agent 46 toward increased the customer and analysis the dominant effect toward increased the customeron BNI Ltd Branch Office Sengkang. Methodology of research with research location applied on BNI Ltd Brach Office Sengkang, with population and sample such as data transaction the customer from 90 agent 46 (full sampling). Data analysis which used in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of multiple regression analysis. The result of research to found that the merchant EDC customer management have positive and significant toward increased the customer saving transaction. That mean the management have applied with good to creation of customer easy in banking transaction, so that have positive effect and significant toward increased the customeron BNI Ltd Branch Office Sengkang. The agent 46 have positive and significant effect toward increased the customeron BNI Ltd Branch Office Sengkang. These showed that agent 46 appointment by the ability from agent as mitra BNI in service of customer transaction such as the laku pandai, digital financial and e-payment service which contribution toward increased the customer transaction on BNI Ltd. Branch Office Sengkang. The merchant EDC customer management have dominant effect positive and significant toward increased the customeron BNI Ltd Branch Office Sengkang. That mean the management from merchant EDC parties have preparation and added of facility about merchant EDC which help and get easy from culstomer to doing of banking transacsion.
