PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN STRATEGI ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KOPERASI UMKM, PERINDUSTRIAN PERDAGANGAN KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out; (1) the influence of leadership style on the work effectiveness of employees at the Office of Cooperative UMKM, North Morowali Regency Trade Industry, (2) the influence of organizational strategy on the effectiveness of employees at the Office of UMKM Cooperatives, North Morowali Regency Trade Industry, (3) the influence of leadership style and strategy organization on the effectiveness of the work of employees at the UMKM Cooperative Office, Trade Industry, Morowali Regency. The number of population members is 47 people with sampling using a saturated sample method which makes the entire population as a sample of 47 people. Research design using quantitative descriptive research. The analytical method used to answer the hypothesis proposed using multiple linear regression methods to test simultaneously with the F test, test individually (partial) and test determinants (R2). The research results state partially; (1) the variable of leadership style has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Office of Cooperatives of UMKM, Trade Industry in North Morowali Regency, (2) the variable of organizational strategy has an effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Office of UMKM Cooperatives, Trade Industry in North Morowali Regency, (3) Simultaneously (together) leadership style and organizational strategy variables have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the UMKM Cooperative Office, Trade Industry, North Morowali Regency.
