PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMITMEN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DAN DESA KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze (1) the influence of leadership, commitment, organizational culture on employee work productivity at the Village Community Empowerment Service in North Morowali Regency, (2) the effect of commitment on employee work productivity at the Morowali Village Community Empowerment Service, (3) ) the influence of organizational culture on employee work productivity at the Village Community Empowerment Service, North Morowali Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 33 people with sampling using a saturated sample method and making all populations become members of the sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method with hypothesis testing using the F test, the coefficient of determination test, t test. The results obtained are (1) leadership has no significant effect on employee work productivity at the Community Empowerment Service and the Village of North Morowali Regency, (2) commitment has a very significant effect on employee work productivity at the Village Community Empowerment Service in North Morowali Regency, (3) Culture the organization has no significant effect on employee work productivity at the Community Empowerment Service and the Village of North Morowali Regency.Commitment is the most urgent thing that every employee must have because high commitment will have an impact on increasing employee productivity and other factors so that organizational goals can be achieved properly.
