Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of discipline on the performance of members at the North Pamona Police, (2) the influence of work culture on the performance of members at the North Pamona Police, (3) the influence of discipline and work culture at the North Pamona Police. Quantitative methods with a population of 45 and sampling using the sampling method (saturated) by taking the population as the sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the R test, determinant, partial test (t test) and simulant test (F test). The results showed that (1) Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of the members of the North Pamona Police, Work Culture has a significant effect on the performance of the members of the North Pamona Police, (3) Discipline and work culture have a significant effect on the performance of the members of the North Pamona Police.
