PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN RAPPOCINI DI KOTA MAKASSAR
Abstract
The purpose of this study were (1) To determine and analyze the effect of education on employee performance at the Rappocini District Office in Makassar City. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at the Rappocini District Office in Makassar City. (3) To determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Rappocini District Office in Makassar City?. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 89 employees and a sample of 89 employees. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 21 software processing. Hypothesis testing uses the F test (simultaneous test), determinant test and t test (partial). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results of the research are (1) simultaneously the education variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables at the Rappocini District Office in Makassar City, (2) The training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rappocini District Office in the City. Makassar, (3) The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables at the Rappocini District Office in Makassar City.
