Abstract

The research objectives are as follows: 1) to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of the village apparatus of Kalegowa, Sombaopu sub-district, Gowa regency, 2) to determine and analyze the effect of career development on the performance of the village apparatus of Kalegowa Village, Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency, 3) to determine and analyze the influence Simultaneously work motivation and career development on the performance of village officials, Kalegowa sub-district, Gowa regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a total population of 30 Kalegowa village officials, while the number of samples is the entire population that is used as a sample or saturated sample using the multiple linear analysis hypothesis using the SPSS 22 tool. The results of the study are: 1) work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus of Kalegowa sub-district, somabopu sub-district, Gowa regency, 2) career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Kalegowa village apparatus, Sombaopu sub-district, Gowa regency, 3) work motivation and career development have an effect Simultaneously to the performance of the village apparatus of Kalegowa sub-district, Sombaopu sub-district, Gowa regency.
