Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) The influence of employee competence on the performance of employees of the public works and spatial planning (DPUPR) Jeneponto Regency, 2) The influence of employee work culture on the performance of employees of the public works and spatial planning (DPUPR) Jeneponto Regency, 3 ) The influence of employee work culture on the performance of public works and spatial planning (DPUPR), jeneponto district, 4) The influence of competence, work culture and work environment of employees on the performance of employees of the public works and spatial planning service (DPUPR) in jeneponto district. The research design uses descriptive quantitative using the hypothesis testing method using multiple linear regression analysis. The population is 73 employees of the public works and spatial planning office of the Jeneponto district and the entire population is used as a sample or commonly referred to as a saturated sample. The results of this study are 1) Employee competence has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at the PUPR Office of Jeneponto Regency, 2) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PUPR Office in Jeneponto Regency, 3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. at the PUPR Office of Jeneponto Regency, 4) Competence, Work Culture, Environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency PUPR Service.
