PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN HUBUNGAN KERJA PRIBADI EFEKTIF TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI WILAYAH SE-KECAMATAN PITUMPANUA KABUPATEN WAJO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) The Influence of Human Resource Development on Employee Job Satisfaction in Areas of the Districts of Wajo District, Pitumpanua. 2) The Effect of Effective Personal Work Relationships on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Pitumpanua District of Wajo Regency. 3) The simultaneous influence of Human Resource Development and Effective Personal Work Relationships on Employee Job Satisfaction in Areas of the Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency. As for this type of research using a quantitative descriptive approach with a population that will be sampled as many as 98 people, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample, namely the entire population will be used as a sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using a partial T test, simultaneous F test and Determination Test (R2). The research results obtained are (1) Human resource development partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Regions of the Districts of Pitumpanua, Wajo Regency (2) Partially effective personal work relationships have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Region. in the Districts of Pitumpanua, Wajo Regency, (3) Human resource development and effective personal work relationships simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Regions of the Districts of Pitumpanua, Wajo Regency.
