Abstract

The Influence of Leadership and Competence on The Work Achievements of The 1st State Vocational School Marcher Baula Kolaka Regency. Guided by Andi Syarifuddin and Sutarjo Tui. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership on work achievement, the influence of competence on work achievement and the influence of leadership and competence together on the work achievements of the marchers of SMK Negeri 1 Baula Kolaka Regency. The study assigned a research sample of 52 respondents, the data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the leadership had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the marchers of SMK Negeri 1 Baula Kolaka Regency, competencies had a positive and significant effect on the work achievements of the marchers of SMK Negeri 1 Baula Kolaka Regency, leadership and competence jointly influenced the work achievements of the marchers of SMK Negeri 1 Baula Kolaka Regency.
