PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN PROFESIONALISME TERHADAP KINERJA PENYIDIK PENANGANAN PERKARA SATUAN RESERSE NARKOBA PADA POLRES GOWA POLDA DI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

The researched aimed to analysis the effect of competence and professionalism toward performance of case handling investigators of Reserse United Narcotic and Drugs on Polres Gowa Polda at South Sulawesi, and to analysis between the variables which dominant effect toward performance of case handling investigators of Reserse United Narcotic and Drugs on Polres Gowa Polda at South Sulawesi. Methodology of research with research location applied on Reserse United Narcotic and Drugs Polres Gowa Polda at South Sulawesi, with population and sample as amount 42 respondents (full sampling). Data analyzed which used in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of research to found the competence have positive and significant effect toward performance of case handling investigators. The professionalism have positive and significant effect toward performance of case handling investigators. The competece dominant effect toward performance of case handling investigators. The competence by investigator able to result of work which measure from input, process, output, benefit and impact in handling of Narcotic and Drugs case on Reserse United Narkoba on Polres Gowa Polda at South Sulawesi.
