PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI PERSONEL PADA PEMBEKALAN ANGKUTAN (BEKANGDAM) XIV/HASANUDDIN
Abstrak
The research aims to identify and analyze; 1) the influence of competence on the motivation of personnel in the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin, 2) the influence of work culture on the motivation of personnel in the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin, 3) the influence of competence and work culture simultaneously on the motivation of personnel in the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin. The research design used the quantitative description method using the hypothesis testing method using multiple linear regression analysis. The population is the personnel of the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin as many as 292 personnel. By using sampling using the Slovin method, the sample members are 196 personnel. The results of the study are 1) competence has a significant effect on the motivation of personnel in the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin, 2) the work culture has an effect on the motivation of the personnel in the provision of transportation (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin, 3) competence and work culture have a significant effect simultaneously on personnel motivation Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin.
