PENGARUH TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP PENILAIAN KINERJA PADA KANTOR DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DI KOTA MAKASSAR
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information and communication technology on performance appraisal at the cultural office in Makassar. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Culture in Makassar City, totaling 64 employees. The sample in the study was carried out on a sample that represented the population because the population was less than 100, so all members of the population were used as a sample, namely 64 employees at the Office of Culture in Makassar City. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis test, data normality test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study and discussion show that information and communication technology has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Makassar City Culture Office. From the results of research, communication is the factor that most influences the performance of employees at the Makassar City Culture Office. This is evidenced by the results of data processing using multiple linear regression analysis.
