PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEMAMPUAN PROFESIONAL DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR KECAMATAN SINJAI UTARA KABUPATEN SINJAI
Abstract
Based on the formulation of the problem, the research objectives to be achieved in this study are as follows: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of professional ability on school teacher performance. Elementary District of North Sinjai, Sinjai Regency. 3) To know and analyze the effect of work ethic on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. 4) To know and analyze the effect of compensation, professional ability, and work ethic both simultaneously and partially on performance an elementary school teacher in North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The design in this study uses quantitative descriptive using multiple linear analysis hypothesis testing techniques, while the population of elementary school teachers in North Sinjai sub-district, Sinjai district is 44 people, of the total population will be sampled or commonly referred to as saturated samples. The results of this study: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. 2) Professional ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. 3) Work ethic has a positive and significant effect 4) Compensation, professional ability and work ethic have partially and simultaneously affected the performance of Elementary School Teachers in North Sinjai District, Sinjaidari District. Professional ability research results are the most influencing factor on the performance of District Primary School Teachers. North Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, this is evidenced by the results of data processing using multiple linear regression analysis.
