Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) To determine and analyze the influence of Internal Communication on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Agriculture Office. 2) To determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Agriculture Office. 3) To know and analyze the influence of Internal Communication and leadership style both simultaneously and partially on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Agriculture Office. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a total population of 208 employees and a sample of 58 employees. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS 21 software processing. Hypothesis testing uses the F test (simultaneous test), determinant test and t test (partial). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results obtained are (1) simultaneous internal communication variables affect employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Agriculture Office, (2) leadership style variables simultaneously influence employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Agriculture Office, (3) Internal communication variables and leadership styles, either simultaneously or partially, have an effect on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Agriculture Office.
