PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR CAMAT SOMBA OPU KABUPATEN GOWA
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance in the Somba Opu Sub-district Office, Gowa Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with 32 respondents. The results showed that partially the competency variable (X1) had a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y), the motivation variable (X2) also had a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). In addition, the f test results show that the competency variable (X1) and the motivation variable (X2) simultaneously affect the employee performance variable (Y).
