PENGARUH PENGAWASAN DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI UPT SMA NEGERI 20 KABUPATEN BONE
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) The effect of supervision on employee performance at UPT SMA 20 Bone Regency. 2) The influence of service quality on employee performance at UPT SMA 20 Bone Regency. 3) The effect of simultaneously supervision and service quality on employee performance at UPT SMA 20 Bone Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a total population of 37 people, with a sampling technique using saturated samples, namely the entire population will be used as a sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using a partial T test, simultaneous F test and Determination Test (R2). The results obtained are (1) partial supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency, (2) Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency, (3) ) Supervision and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency. Supervision is the most dominant variable that must be owned by every employee at UPT SMA Negeri 20 Bone Regency.
