PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMA NEGERI 20 KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of the work environment has an effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 20 Bone, (2) The influence of social competence affects the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 20 Bone, (3) The effect of the work environment and social competence simultaneously. affect the performance of 20 Kabupaten Bone Public Senior High School teachers. This study used a quantitative research design with a population of 37 people. The method in sampling using saturated samples, namely the entire population that is used as a sample of 37 respondents. As for testing the hypothesis using the SPSS 22 tool with multiple linear regression methods. The results show that; (1) the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of SMA Negeri 20 Kabupaten Bone teachers, (2) social competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMA Negeri 20 Kabupaten Bone teachers, (3) the work environment and social competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
