PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SDN SE-KECAMATAN PITUMPANUA KABUPATEN WAJO

Abstract

These research aim to anlaysis the effect of motivation toward performance by teacher of Elementary School on Pitumpanua District Wajo Regency, to anlaysis the effect of job environment toward performance by teacher of Elementary School on Pitumpanua District Wajo Regency, and to anlaysis between motivation and job environment which dominant effect toward performance by teacher of Elementary School on Pitumpanua District Wajo Regency. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size was chosen using the full sampling as amount 128 responden (take all of population teacher of Elementary School on Pitumpanua District Wajo Regency). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that motivation have positive and significant effect toward performance by teacher. Motivation as the support from teachier to be prestation, show power in teaching and to be affiliation in social interaction between teacher and student in learning process at school have implication toward incresed the performance by teacher on Elementary School Pitumpanua District Wajo Regency. The job environment have positive and significant effect toward performance by teacher. The implementation of job environment which condusive through the creation of condition, relation between teacher each other, useful of facility, the useful of ventilation and available of safety which give contribution toward performance by teacher on Elementary School Pitumpanua District Wajo Regency. The job environment which dominant effect toward performance by teacher. The job environment which condusive to support of achieved the result of work by teacher in learning which easy to able to make of silabus, mastery of materi of learning, method and strategy, give task and management of student to be prestation and applied of evaluation the result of study by teacher as the form of achieved the performance by teacher on Elementary School Pitumpanua District Wajo Regency.
