PENGARUH SUPERVISI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA KEPALA MADRASAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 1 MAKASSAR

Abstract

These research aim to anlaysis the effect of supervision toward performance by teacher on State Madrasah Aliyah 1 Makassar, to anlaysis the effect of motivation toward performance by teacher on State Madrasah Aliyah 1 Makassar, and to anlaysis between supervision and motivation where dominant effect toward performance by teacher on State Madrasah Aliyah 1 Makassar, This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size as amount 69 responden (full sampling). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that the supervision by headmaster have positive and significant toward performance by teacher on State Madrasah Aliyah 1 Makassar. The supervision have applied as the direction form to teacher on the potency which own with doing visiting to class, councelling, direction meeting, understanding of curriculum, develop of learning and material learning method which effective, increase the learning potency, doing evaluation and opportunity to training, as the implementation of attemt to increase the performance by teacher in learning activity in madrasah. Motivation have positive and significant effect toward performance by teacher on State Madrasah Aliyah 1 Makassar. The headmaster of State Madrasah Aliyah to support of teacher to increase the performance with sufficient of physiology motivation, creation of safety in learning, to communication in active with other teacher, give esteem to teacher which achieve of prestation and opportunity to increase the potency would contribution toward performance by teacher. Motivation which dominant effect toward performance by teacher. The motivation to effect the achieved of teacher in making of sillabus, mastery of lesson, mastery of method and strategy learning which effective, give task to student, able to managed of student and applied of evaluation on the result of study by student.
