PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA PENGADILAN AGAMA PANGKAJENE

Abstract

This research aim to anlaysis the effect of leadership toward satisfaction by employee of Pangkajene Religion Courts, to anlaysis the effect of motivation toward satisfaction by employee of Pangkajene Religion Courts, and to anlaysis between leadership and motivation which dominant effect toward satisfaction by employee of Pangkajene Religion Courts. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size was chosen as amount 40 responden using full sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that leadership have positive and significant effect toward satisfaction by employee. The leadership which applied this time is good in give direction to employee in doing of main task and function and achieve of organization goal as the implementation of satisfaction by employee of Pangkajene Religion Courts. Motivation have positive and significant effect toward satisfaction by employee. The employee on Pangkajene Religion Courts have support by self in achieve of organization goal suitable with the feature incentive and assurance, doing work in conducive area, sometimes get promotion and esteem because achieve of prestation that effect to increase the satisfaction by employee. The leadership have dominant effect which positive and significant toward satisfaction by employee. This show that the employee have satisfied with the leadership by leader where the employee have responsibility in work, to be discipline, get work recognition, have the good moral, spirit and loyalty on organization Pangkajene Religion Courts
