PENGARUH PEMBERIAN INSENTIF DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TAMALATE DI KABUPATEN GOWA
Abstract
These research aim to anlaysis the effect of incentive toward performance by staffs of Tamalate Ltd. in Gowa Regency, to anlaysis the effect of motivation toward performance by staffs of Tamalate Ltd. in Gowa Regency, and to anlaysis between incentive and motivation which dominant effect toward performance by staffs of Tamalate Ltd. in Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size was chosen as amount 85 responden using full sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that incentive have positive and significant toward performance by staffs on Tamalate Ltd. in Gowa Regency. Incentive such as bonuses, rewards and allowances have support by staffs to increased the performance. The motivation have positive and significant toward performance by staffs on Tamalate Ltd. in Gowa Regency. The motivation which rice by self to always exist, interaction each other and get opportunity to develop itself have effect toward increased the performance by staffs. The incentive have dominant effect which positive and significant toward performance by employee on Tamalate Ltd. in Gowa Regency. These showed the performance by staffs appraising based on quantity, quality, efficiency, effectivity and loyalty which appointment by the incentive which accept it.
