PENGARUH PENGAWASAN INTERNAL DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA ANGGOTA POLRI DILINGKUNGAN SATUAN KERJA INSPEKTORAT PENGAWAS DAERAH POLDA GORONTALO

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal supervision and competence on improving the performance of members of the police within the Gorontalo Regional Police Inspectorate Supervision Work Unit. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all members of the National Police within the Gorontalo Regional Police Inspectorate Work Unit and used as archives for 55 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Internal Supervision and Competence had a positive effect on Improving the Performance of Police Members in the Gorontalo Regional Police Inspectorate Supervisory Work Unit.
