ANALISIS PELAYANAN DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP CITRA ORGANISASI DI KANTOR CAMAT TOMPOBULU KECEMATAN TOMPOBULU
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service and employee performance on organizational image in the Tompobulu sub-district office, Tompobulu district. The population in this study were part of the entire Tompobulu sub-district office, Tompobulu district, totaling 77 people. The sample in this study was 77 people. The sampling technique for respondents was carried out by using simple random sampling, which means that each element of the population has the same opportunity to be sampled. This research uses quantitative / descriptive methods. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Test data quality using validity and reliability tests. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the service variables and employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the organizational image variables (through the F test). And the results of the partial test (t test) show that the service variables and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on the organizational image variable. so that the hypothesis in this research can be accepted. And from the results of the coefficient of determination, the value of R Square shows a value of 0.659 or 65.9% indicating that the ability of the independent variable is very strong to explain the dependent variable and the remaining 34.1% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variable. Thus the regression equation obtained is efficient to describe the form of the relationship between variables.
