ANALISIS IDENTIFIKASI DAN INVENTARISASI TERHADAP OPTIMALISASI PEMANFAATAN BARANG MILIK DAERAH PADA DINAS PERTANAHAN KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of identification and inventory on the optimization of the use of regional property at the Makassar City Land Service. The phenomenon in this study is the optimization of the use of goods. Thus, it was determined that the identification and inventory variables were variables that could have an impact on optimizing the use of regional property. So, it is deemed necessary to analyze these variables, so that they can be used as guidelines for the Makassar City Land Service to make improvements to these variables. This type of research is qualitative research. The sample used in this study were Makassar City Land Service employees who met the criteria. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial test (T) based on the results of data processing have a positive and significant influence between the identification variables and inventory variables on the optimization of the use of regional property variables at the Makassar City Land Service. This is evidenced from each of the results of hypothesis testing that the hypothesis H1 is accepted where the t-count is greater than the t-table and the significant value is smaller than the predetermined significant limit. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F) in this study indicate that the f-count value is greater than the f-table and the significant value is smaller than the significant standard that has been determined. So it can be concluded simultaneously the identification variables and inventory variables have a positive and significant effect on the Optimization of the Utilization of Regional Property at the Makassar City Land Service.
