PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR KECAMATAN MAJAULENG KABUPATEN WAJO
Abstract
These research aim to analysis the effect of motivation toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency; to analysis the effect of discipline toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency; to analysis the effect commitment of toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency; and to anlaysis the effect of motivation, discipline and commitment toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size was chosen using the full sampling as amount 50 responden (take all of population employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that the motivation have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. Motivation by employee which to support to have prestation, mastery of main task and function and good sosialization have effect toward increased the performance. The discipline have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. The employee have discipline in work and to effect toward performance by employee. Commitmen have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. The employee have to showed the commitment which effect toward performance. The discipline which dominant variable which effect positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. That mean the increased the performance by employee to see from quantity, quality, efficiency, effectivity and loyalty have related with discipline by employee in organization.
