Abstract

These research aim to analysis the effect of motivation toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency; to analysis the effect of competence toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency; to analysis the effect job environment of toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency; and to anlaysis the effect of motivation, competence and job environment toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size was chosen using the full sampling as amount 50 responden (take all of population employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that the motivation have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. The employee have to show the motivation by self and to contribution toward increased the performance it. The competence have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. The potency by employee to implementation in main task and function and have effect toward increased the performance it. The job environment have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. The job environment appointment the achieved of performance by employee. These research to found the motivation have dominant effect which positive and significant toward performance by employee on Majauleng District Office Wajo Regency. The motivation by employee appointment of performance which appraising through quantity, quality, efficiency, effectivity and loyalty by employee to organization it.
