PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECEMATAN TOMPOBULU KABUPATEN GOWA
Abstract
The population in this study were the employees of the Bungoro District Office, Pangkep Regency, amounting to 34 people. The sample in this study were 34 people. The sampling technique of respondents was carried out using a simple random sampling technique which implies that each element of the population has the same opportunity to be a sample. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used is by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Test the quality of the data using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of communication, organizational commitment and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (through the F test). And the results of the partial test (t test) show that the variables of communication, organizational commitment and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. And from the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value shows a value of 0.565 or 56.5% indicating that the ability of the independent variable is quite strong to explain the dependent variable and the remaining 43.5% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variables. Thus the regression equation obtained is efficient to describe the form of the relationship between variables.
