PENGARUH PERILAKU ORGANISASI, ETOS KINERJA, DAN KEDISIPLINAN PEGAWAI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA PADA BALAI PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS I MAKASSAR
Abstract
The aims of the research are: (1) the influence of organizational behaviour on performace effectiveness (2) the effect of performance ethos on performance effectiveness (3) the effect of employee discipline on the effectiveness of organizational performance (4) the influence of organizational behaviors, performance ethos and employee discipline toward performance at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Technique of data analysis is multiple regression analysis with 52 population and sample. Data analysis used descriptive analysis to describe the symptoms of research and to show the organization effect, performance ethos and the employee discipline toward performace effectiveness at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar (Kuantitative data) used multiple regression analysis. There are organization effect toward performace effectiveness at Balai Pemasyarakan Kelas I Makassar, with the result of analysis test shows that the value of correlation coefficient 0,327 dan the sig. value or significance 0,007 (<0.05) and t test > t table (2,236 >2,000) with sig.value 0,004 (<0,05), while performance ethos toward performance effectiveness at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar, shows that the result of correlation regression test 0.100 and sig.value 0.007 (<0.05) and t test > t table (2.659>2.000) with sig.value 0.011 (<0.05) and work discipline toward performace effectiveness at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar, the regression shows that correlation coefficient value 0.020 and Sig.value 0.007 (<0.05) and t test > t table (2.155>2.000) with Sig.value 0.008 (<0.05) so there is a mutual influence organization, performance ethos, and work discipline toward organozation performace effectiveness at Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar, with the result of F test with Sig.value 0.007 9<0.05).
