Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Motivation and Leadership Competence on Employee Performance at Bank BNI Mamuju Branch. The population in this study were 50 employees at Bank BNI Mamuju Branch. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, where the number of samples in this study were 50 employees at Bank BNI Mamuju Branch. The data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability tests, data normality test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the F test in the ANOVA table, it is known that the value (F = 39.048 and p = 0.000 or p <0.05). This means that simultaneously the motivation and leadership competence variables have a significant effect on employee performance.
