ANALISIS KREDIT PEGAWAI DAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN PADA PT. BANK SULSELBAR

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of employee credit and people's business credit (KUR) on profitability at PT. The population of Bank Sulselbar in this study is, the number of employee loans and people's business loans is channeled, through the company at PT. South Sulawesi Bank. This study fully uses secondary data. Secondary data in the form of financial reports that have been processed at PT. South Sulawesi Bank. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is, employee credit that has been distributed by PT. Bank Sulselbar has been running well but has not had a significant effect on increasing profitability. People's Business Credit (KUR) PT. Bank Sulselbar has distributed KUR in accordance with the procedure so that it has a significant effect on increasing profitability.
