ANALISIS DAMPAK PERILAKU INDIVIDU DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS PADA KANTOR WILAYAH DIREKTORAT JENDERAL BEA DAN CUKAI SULAWESI BAGIAN SELATAN)

Abstract

These research aim to analysis the effect individual behavior toward performance by employee, analysis the effect of leadership toward performance by employee and analysis the simultaneous effect the individual behavior and leadership toward performance by employee on Regional Office of the Directorate General in Customs and Excise in Southern Sulawesi. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. Population of research namely all of employee Directorate General in Customs and Excise in Southern Sulawesi as amount 97 persons. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that individual behavior have significant effect toward performance by employee. The individual behavior to actualization with good by employee in implementation of main task and function which contribution toward performance. The leadership have significant effect toward performance. The useful of leadership to actualization with good which increased the performance. The individual behavior and leadership in simultaneous have effect toward performance on Regional Office of the Directorate General in Customs and Excise in Southern Sulawesi. That meaning the result of performance it such as the good responsibility as well as quantity, quality, exactly time, present and ability to cooperation as have to show with good suitable with internal comunication and information technology which applied by employee in application of main task and function.
