PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA WIDYAISWARA PADA LEMBAGA DIKLAT SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstrak

These research aim to anlaysis the effect of transformational leadership, organization culture and environment of work toward performance by widyaiswara on training foundation South Sulawesi, and to analysis the dominant effect between the third of variables toward performance by widyaiswara on training foundation South Sulawesi. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size was chosen using the full sampling as amount 161 responden of widyaiswara. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found the transformational leadership have the role important in activity of widyaiswara, which oriented to action in incresed the performance. That proof from the result of research to showed the transformational leadership affected toward performance of widyaiswara. The organization culture which full with the values and principles to effect increased the performance. The organization culture have effect toward performance by widyaiswara. The environtment of work which integrated with the work dynamic to effected of perfromance. The result of research showed that the environment effected toward performance by widyaiswara. The transformational leadership have dominant effect toward performance by widyaiswara. The transformational environtment which charismatic, inspirative, have intelectual and individual considiration which effected toward performance by widyaiswara.
