Abstract

These research aim to anlaysis the effect of intellegence, local wisdom, organization culture toward performance by employee on Government of Makassar City, and to analysis the dominant effect between intellegence, local wisdom, organization culture toward performance by employee on Government of Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. Population as amount 14.442 employees from 115 SKPD on Government of Makassar City. The sample size was chosen using the Slovin formulation 10% obtained 99 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that the intellegence have positive and significant effect toward performance by employee. That get implicated the all of indicators from the intellegence consist of emotional, spiritual, personality and social have owned by employee which give contribution significant toward increased the performance it. The local wisdom have positive and significant effect toward performance by employee. That meaned the indicators it, the honestly, firmness, togetherness, trust and self-respect in simultaneous have strength of effect positive and significant toward increased the performance by employee. The organization culture have positive and significant toward performance by employee. That’s mean the indicators consist of integrity, identity, responsibility, discipline and result orientation get significant contribution toward performance by employee. The organization culture have dominant effect which positive and significant toward performance. That is proof of hyphothesis where the indicators of organization culture appointment of achieved the performance in quantity, quality, efficiency, effectivity and loyalty.
