PENGARUH TIM KERJA, KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN PROFESIONALISME TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract

These research aim to analysis the effect teamwork, organization communication and professionalism toward performance by employee and analysis the dominant effect between the researched variable toward performance by employee on Regional Government Bone Regency. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. Population of research namely all of employee Regional Government Bone Regency as amount 9.097 orang. The sample size was chosen using the Slovin formulation obtained as amount 99 responden. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that teamwork have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Regional Government Bone Regency. These mean the employee in applied of main task and function have commitment as the solid teamwork to work suitable with ability, personality, variance of member and flexibility in achieved of maximal performance. Organization communication have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Regional Government Bone Regency. That’s meaning the communication in vertical, horizontal, diagonal and mass have applied by employee which give contribution toward increased the performance. The profesionalism have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Regional Government Bone Regency. The employee to showed the work professional with dedication, social obligation, independence, have confidence and created of relation which harmony, so that effected toward performance by employee. The organization communication have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Regional Government Bone Regency. The organization communication have applied by employee and affected to achieved the result of work in quantity, quality, efficiency and effectivity and orientation of organization goal.
