PENGARUH KOMITMEN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI LAPAS KELAS IIB KABUPATEN TAKALAR

Abstrak

The researched aimed to know and analysis the effect of motivation toward performance by employee; to know and analysis the effect of commitment toward performance by employee; and to know and analysis the dominant variable which effect toward performance by employee. Methodology of research with research location applied on Penitentiary Class IIB Takalar Regency, with population and sample as amount 124 respondent. Data analyzed which used in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of multiple regression analysis. The result of research to found the motivation have effect in positive and significant toward performance by employee. That mean the motivation have applied to employee such as to sufficient the need of prestation, authority and affiliation which get effet toawrd increased the performance by employee on Penitentiary Class IIB Takalar Regency. The commitment have positive and significant effects toward performance by employee. The employee have the totality in applied of main task and function suitable with commitment in affective, normative and continue which to effect toward the performance by employee. The result of research to found that the commitment have dominant effect toward performance by employee. That mean the employee have understand the important of commitment as well as in affective, normative and continue to achieve the result of work suitable with quantity, quality, efficient, effective and loyalty to organization Penitentiary Class IIB Takalar Regency.
