DAMPAK DARI KEDISIPLINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PRAJURIT DAN PNS (STUDI KASUS PADA INSPEKTORAT KODAM XIV/HASANUDDIN)

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is, to knowing and analyzing the influence of discipline and communication on the performance of personnel at Inspektorat Kodam XIV/Hasanuddin. As for this study applies a population of all personnel of the Inspektorat Kodam XIV/Hasanuddin consisting of soldiers and civil servants which the population of this study was thirty five people. The data analyzis technique used are validity test, realibility test, normality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis and also hypothesis testing. The conclusion on this study is, based on the results of data analysis using the f test simultaneously, it can be seen that discipline and communication variables simultaneously affect the performance of personnel in the Inspektorat Kodam XIV/Hasanuddin.
