Abstract

These research aim to anlaysis the effect of drone application and service quality toward work efficiency at Makassar Container Terminal Indonesia Port Region IV Ltd, and to analysis the dominant effect between drone application and service quality toward work efficiency at Makassar Container Terminal Indonesia Port Region IV Ltd. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. Population as amount 322 employees which is in charge of Makassar Container Terminal. The sample size was chosen using the Slovin formulation 5% obtained 178 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that drone application have positive and significant toward work efficiency. The useful of drone application in controlling of in and out container have applied to monitoring, billing, checking status and setting up containers which contribution toward work effciency Makassar Container Terminal Indonesia Port Region IV Ltd. The service quality have positive and significant toward work efficiency. The implementation of loading service which quality such as the tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance appointment of achieved the work efficiency at Makassar Container Terminal Indonesia Port Region IV Ltd. Theservice quality have dominant effect positive and significant toward work efficiency. The actualization of service quality have contribution toward achieved the work efficiency in process, working capital and efficiency of damage cost on loading tools of container in Makassar Container Terminal Indonesia Port Region IV Ltd.
