PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, PENGAWASAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN WAJO

Abstract

These research aim to anlaysis the effect of motivation toward performance by employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency; to anlaysis the effect of supervision toward performance by employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency; to anlaysis the effect of organization culture toward performance by employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency; and to anlaysis the dominant variable which effect toward performance by employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. The sample size was chosen using the full sampling as amount 100 responden (take all of population employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that the motivation have positive and significant effect toward performance by employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency. The sufficient of motivation such as the compensation, condusive of work place, the promotion, responsibility and mastery of work which contribution toward increased the performance by employee. The supervision have positive and significant toward performance by employee in Health Instance Wajo Regency. The supervision which applied by employee suitable with the standard, measure, compare and action which have effect toward increased the performance. The organization culture have positive and significant toward performance by employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency. The organization culture suitable with the mission, consistency, adaptation and participation by employee which to progress of organization and to achieve of performance. The supervision have dominant variable which effect positive and significant toward performance by employee on Health Instance Wajo Regency. That mean the supervision activities have applied suitable with the regulation and appointment to achieved the performance by employee suitable with quantity, quality, efficiency, effectivity and loyalty.
