Abstract

This study aims: 1.) To determine the effect of work motivation on the quality of work of teachers at the State Elementary School 1 Sengkang Kab. Wajo. 2.) To find out the principal's leadership has an effect on the quality of work of teachers at the State Elementary School 1 Sengkang Kab. Wajo. The population objects in this study were all 8 teachers, some 25 students, and some 10 students' parents, and some 10 people in the surrounding community at the State Elementary School 1 Sengkang Kab. Wajo. So the number of samples is 53 respondents, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis techniques used. Based on the results of the data, it is known that the work motivation variable (X1) has a significant effect on the quality of work of teachers (Y) at the State Elementary School 1 Sengkang Kab. Wajo. And the principal's leadership (X2) has a significant effect on the quality of work of teachers (Y) at State Elementary School 1 Sengkang District. Wajo. Then the results of the analysis obtained are t count = 1.04, while t table = 0.095. So, tcount is bigger than table. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
